Dr. Hector Patino
Hector Patino, Psy.D. is a FL Licensed Clinical Psychologist who primarily provides individual psychotherapy to adults across the lifespan. His areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to college, relationships, acculturation, Men’s health, and LGBTQ affirmative. Dr. Patino is bilingual and provides psychotherapy in English and Spanish languages.
His approach to psychotherapy is founded on humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and insight-oriented principles. Dr. Patino strives to create a collaborative and honest therapeutic space where each person may feel safe to freely express themselves without judgment. His approach to each person begins with diligent listening to their unique story in an effort to identify where the person is at and create a therapeutic plan tailored to their needs.
Dr. Patino maintains an active lifestyle in line with his personal interests of continuous exploration into the relationships of physical health, nutrition, and mental health.

Psychoanalysis
As a third year psychoanalytic candidate, I am offering a unique opportunity to engage in psychoanalysis at a reduced rate. As part of my training, I am looking for two (2) persons interested in participating in psychoanalytic treatment. The analysis will be conducted under the supervision of training and supervising psychoanalysts from Tampa Bay Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies (TBIPS).

This frequency creates the consistency and depth necessary for meaningful exploration of unconscious material.
